The Art of Living
Yes it’s an art. Something to be continually refined over a life-time.
Over this journey together, we will explore:

- What is our purpose?
- How can we heal and enrich our relationships?
- How we can get out of our own way and live the life we truly desire.
- How the ancient Vedic, Tantra and Kundalini knowledge systems and practices are incredibly powerful for our personal evolution.
- Explore the nature of our minds and reality, giving you a deeper understanding of yourself and your life. This knowledge will revolutionise and upgrade experience of everything.
The Soma house we will be resting in is next level amazing and a true expression of the creative, beautiful and abundant aspects of nature. Surf, meditation, yoga retreat
Santosha is a Sanskrit word meaning contentment and nothing will leave you feeling this way like 7 days of surfing perfect uncrowded waves, meditation and yoga at Marcus’s favourite place in Indo, Ngalung Kalla Eco surf resort.
With a perfect right-hander that you can watch from your bed, a speedboat to get you to an incredible variety of waves in the local vicinity and beyond, delicious healthy food sourced direct from the permaculture garden along with the daily catch from fishing expeditions, stunning accomodation that makes you feel like you’re sleeping in a treehouse, yoga decks overlooking the bay and the most beautiful family to host us, this place is heaven on earth.
7 days of surfing world-class uncrowded waves, recovering with gentle yoga and movement to keep your body supple and injury free, diving deep into meditation every morning and evening, breath work designed to help push your limits in the surf, fishing, free diving or just lazing around reading and waiting for the tide to change.
Whilst we will be enjoying our days in paradise, this retreat is all about cultivating and maintaining the state of Santosha from within, so that you can maintain the state when you land back home.
